Breann is a dedicated case manager for Chicago Angels, passionate about supporting youth and families experiencing foster care. They hold their Master’s in Health Behavior and Health Education and have three years of experience managing programs for City Year. During that time they worked in schools to cultivate strong relationships with school personnel, implement impactful student support systems, and coach a team of dedicated AmeriCorps members. In their three years working with students, they saw firsthand many of the struggles students faced, but also the huge amount of potential each of them had. They just needed access to support, encouragement, and resources to unlock it.
Originally from the midwest, Breann decided it was time to move back home and had been searching for a role that would allow her to continue supporting young people in unlocking their potential. When she came across Chicago Angels she knew it was a perfect fit.
When they aren’t working you can find them reading, puzzling, hanging out with friends, or listening to music.
