With a doctorate in Community College Leadership, Dr. Jessica enjoys connecting with young people to ensure they have the resources to reach their fullest potential.

She is a strategic leader focused on strengthening education and community impact through governance, growth, and mission-aligned execution. She values clarity, collaboration, and building systems that help people and communities thrive.

Dr. Jessica was a volunteer photographer for the Heart Gallery of California. When she moved to Illinois, she knew she wanted to stay involved in the foster care community and she fell in love with Chicago Angels!
