Known for her ability to foster high-value partnerships, Tanya has developed funding pipelines, negotiated corporate sponsorships, and led cross-sector collaborations that drive economic empowerment for small businesses. Her leadership approach combines data-driven decision-making with an unwavering commitment to innovation, and measurable outcomes.

Born and raised in Southern Ohio, Tanya moved to Chicago in the late ’90s and later spent a short time in the Bay Area then returned to Chicago in March 2020. She cherishes time with family and friends, loves outdoor adventures, traveling abroad, and is committed to giving back through volunteer work.
